Ted Cruz (R-Texas) took time during a congressional recess to visit The Ion, where he participated in a roundtable discussion about building Houston’s innovation economy with Rice President Reginald DesRoches, Vice President of Innovation Paul Cherukuri and representatives of The Ion leadership team, tenant companies and others from Houston’s innovation ecosystem.
