The Rice Black Men’s Association (RBMA) recently held “Headshots + Haircuts,” where members received haircuts and professional headshots to help build their professional images across LinkedIn and other social media networks.
The RBMA fosters brotherhood within the Black men’s community at Rice, developing a sense of belonging and empowerment within the group, while also teaching critical leadership skills through experiential learning. The RBMA supports its members by providing opportunities for fellowship, intellectual growth and personal development on and off campus and seeks to enhance Rice’s community through leadership, mentorship and service to others.
