Haotian Wang, the William Marsh Rice Trustee Assistant Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, is among 59 early-career scientists selected to take up the challenge of greenhouse gas accumulation in Earth's atmosphere and oceans in Scialog: Negative Emissions Science, which will begin with a virtual conference Nov. 5-6. Scialog's are multiyear initiatives sponsored by the Research Corporation for Science Advancement to support research, intensive dialog and community building to address scientific challenges of global significance.
