Houston sampling wastewater to track spread of COVID-19
Several articles and broadcasts mention that experts from Rice have partnered with officials from Houston to test wastewater to track the spread of the coronavirus. Loren Hopkins, professor in the practice of statistics, is quoted in Houston Press and KTRH Online. Lauren Stadler, assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering, is interviewed by KTRH-AM, quoted in the first Houston Chronicle article and speaks about her work and answers questions in the video of a press conference on Fox 7 Austin Online. Kathy Ensor, the Noah G.
